Returns & Refunds

At EXVON, every order is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The order was lost in transit

If any of the above apply, please contact us at jackbleemel@icloud.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Please note:

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error was ours
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds
