ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. All orders are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum required.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email automatically.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? Because every EXVON piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. We do accept returns and offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us immediately at jackbleemel@icloud.com with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
SIZING
How do I find my size? Visit our Sizing Chart page for detailed measurements. When in doubt, size up. Our fits are designed with an athletic build in mind.
Do you offer exchanges for the wrong sizes? Unfortunately we cannot offer size exchanges as each piece is made to order. Please refer to our sizing chart carefully before ordering.

What are your clothes made of? EXVON uses premium heavyweight fabrics engineered for both performance and comfort. Material details are listed on each product page.
Are your products true to size? Yes, our products are true to size. Check our sizing chart for exact measurements.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption.
